As has been mentioned, the members of WARA write romance...all types of romance. For me, that is part of the fun of belonging to such a group. I get to experience through my writing friends the ups and downs of writing sub-genres that I've yet to tackle. Catch the word "yet"? I like to try my hand at writing almost anything. It challenges my mind, which surely needs challenging. I will admit, though, that what I write and sell the most of is contemporary Westerns. I've been in love with cowboys forever, but I'm married to an accountant. Ah, but I can dream ... I can create that "perfect" cowboy hero for some spunky heroine to torture while they fall in love.
